The Bann Rai Krang community revolves around the toddy palm, rich in the wisdom of traditional palm sugar production. Understanding the toddy palm’s life cycle, the community strives to conserve these trees, preserve local wisdom, and sustain their way of life for future generations. Amidst picturesque landscapes of rice fields, toddy palm orchards, mountains, and rivers, visitors are warmly welcomed. They can engage in the traditional palm sugar-making process, savor renowned local dishes, and partake in creative tourism activities such as making Yum Hua Node (spicy young toddy palm fruit salad). Visitors embrace the local culture, relishing the community’s warm hospitality.

Activity

Learning activity on palm sugar production: Participants can experience the entire process, from climbing palm trees to collect fresh palm sap to creating various products such as palm cake (Khanom Tan) and fresh palm sugar.
Nature learning activities in the palm grove: Visitors can explore local wisdom by observing the unique three-crowned coconut trees and learning the traditional craft of weaving palm leaves.
Local cooking class: Engage in preparing traditional dishes using palm tree ingredients, such as Palm shoot curry and Toddy Palm Salad, which are signature dishes of the community.
Cycling tour through rice fields and mountain views: A popular activity where visitors can bike through the scenic rice fields, including stops at the panoramic Huai Lor rice field viewpoint.

1.Half-day tour (including lunch) for a minimum of 2 people, priced at 520 THB. 2. Full-day tour (including lunch) for 1-4 people, priced at 850 THB. For groups of 5 or more, priced at 550 THB per person. 3. Creative tourism activity: Making young coconut salad (including lunch) for 2-4 people, priced at 890 THB. For groups of 5 or more, priced at 650 THB per person.
