The Wangchan Forest Learning Center strives to be an exemplary facility for comprehensive forest management education. It is a demonstration area for reforestation and research on various forms of forest restoration. Additionally, the center serves as a repository for local tree species from the Eastern region of Thailand and rare tree species nationwide. It functions as an educational hub for learning about afforestation and forest ecosystems. Moreover, it has emerged as a significant new ecotourism destination in the Eastern region.
