Wine production in a tropical climate presents unique challenges that require specialized techniques in grape cultivation and winemaking. Nikki Lohitnavy, an expert in wine production, is Thailand’s first woman to be internationally certified in winemaking.
The vineyard and winery tour, including wine tasting of wines made from locally grown grapes, lasts approximately 1.5 hours. A guide will lead the tour, explaining grape cultivation, wine production, and the technology used in the process. Afterwards, visitors will watch a video about the vineyard and enjoy tasting four premium wines paired with cheese and crackers.
