  1. MOCA Bangkok

MOCA Bangkok or ‘Museum of Contemporary Art’ is a museum that showcases both Thai and foreign artists’ art pieces. There are also coffee shops, souvenir shops, small gardens and meeting rooms as well. 

.The museum is designed with a clean white tone and decorated with a modern and minimalist style. It is divided into 5 floors. The first floor is a rotating art exhibition. The 2nd – 5th floors are permanent exhibitions with each floor having a different gimmick.

.If you are into photography, the photo spot you must not miss is ‘Passage Across The Universe’ a short, dimly lit tunnel with galactic walls and ceilings. Another photogenic room is ‘Richard Green’ which is a green and white room in European style. It will remind you of a Parisian Gallery.   1. Chulalongkorn University centenary park

It’s a green space right in the middle of Bangkok which has a calming and relaxing atmosphere. It is suitable for running, exercising, relaxing and even picnicking! It is also photogenic because of its flat green area with a lot of trees as well.

A Popular photo spot and check-in point ‘Green Bridge’ or Sky Bridge of Lumpini Park – Benchakitti Park. It’s a sky bike path which is suitable for people who like to exercise such as running or cycling.

The location became popular because of how it resembles the streets of Japan. You can take a walk along the pathway and take some cool photos here.

  1. Nongbon Water Sports Center (Suan Luang Rama IX)

This place is not only great for relaxation but also for those who love extreme water sports as well. Activities include sailing, SUP board, windsurfing, kayaking, cycling, table tennis, rattan ball and light exercise equipment. They also offer classes for these activities as well, so do not worry if you are a beginner. 

We recommend you to come in the evening for a nice vibe and sunset. You will definitely get a cool photo and get to relax and chill.

5. Lhong 1919 A tourist attraction inspired by Thai-Chinese arts and culture that are portrayed in its architecture. There are many photo spots here, especially the old walls  designed and reserved for their charm.

In addition, there are also many good restaurants namely Rong Si restaurant, Nai Hang shop, and Plearnwan Panich shop. Each shop has its own unique style which is very photogenic.

A temple well-known for its white ‘Stupa’ with unique and beautiful architecture is located right by the Chao Phraya River.

A minimalist Chinese-style cafe located in the Dragon Town project. The cafe is quite small and has a limited number of tables, so you might have to wait in line during crowded times. But, you can order first and take some photos while you wait.

The interior of the restaurant is open style allowing a cool breeze to flow through. The surrounding atmosphere will remind you of ancient China. There are many photo spots around the cafe. It is recommended to come in the late afternoon because the light is beautiful.

The recommended menu is Chinese-style chicken and baked rice which is very fragrant. Order it together with gyoza and traditional Chinese drinks will perfectly go together.

Sit, chill, and admire the sunset view of the famous red Giant Swing, a view that could not be found anywhere else. You can also see many other famous temples here namely Wat Suthat, Wat Saket, and Wat Loha Prasat. 

The restaurant may not be very spacious, but it will make you feel relaxed since it is located on a rooftop with nice wind flowing through.

The bar offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with delicious food. The food and drinks here are reasonable pricing, compared to the luxurious view. It is definitely worth visiting.
